further persons older then 6 years of age, € 30,0 per person extra.

Minimum 4 overnights. Maximum forthnight - 14 overnights

for long term business travelers:

up to a 4 week stay

Maximum 3 persons.

No pets allowed.

overnight € 100,0 for 3 Persons

- in both cases 25% in advance -

- in case of cancellation - 2 weeks before booking date for free.

A stay longer than 4 weeks need special conditions and deposit.
